Refund policy


RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please be aware that return costs are for the customer. 

To request a Return/Exchange, you simply send an email to support@ingeniumclothing.com providing the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) wished to Return/Exchange
  • Reason of Return/Exchange

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following name & address: Ingenium Clothing, Brouwerstraat 34, 2984AR Ridderkerk, Netherlands. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or prefer store credit? No problem — we’ve made the exchange process simple and straightforward. To request an exchange, please email support@ingeniumclothing.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Item(s) you wish to exchange

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Preferred replacement item and size (or mention if you’d like store credit instead)

Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you with the next steps as quickly as possible.

 

CANCELLATION

If you accidentally placed an order or selected the wrong item, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. To do so, email support@ingeniumclothing.com with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line. Please note: After the 2-hour window, we’re unable to cancel your order as it will already be in processing by our fulfillment team. We work quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible, which means changes cannot be guaranteed after this point.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
