You can cancel your order within 4 hours after placing the order by emailing support@ingeniumclothing.com with your order number & change/cancellation request. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, and other major payment methods depending on your location.

Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it within an hour, email us at support@ingeniumclothing.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and most countries in Europe.

Shipping within NL & BE takes 1–4 business days. Rest of Europe: 2–5 business days. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Email us immediately at support@ingeniumclothing.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Read our full Return Policy here.

Simply use our Contact Form or send an email to support@ingeniumclothing.com including your:

- Order number
- Full name
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

Once the return request is received, you will receive further instructions within 12-24 hours.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Each product has a size guide. We also mention the model’s height and size for reference. If in doubt, feel free to contact us for sizing help.
